Agrey Kato Benedicto (MSc) is Assistant Lecturer in the School of Computational and Communication Sciences and Engineering at the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST). He has a Master’s Degree in Information and Communication Science and Engineering, Specialized in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. His research interests focus on Digital Security Systems, Data Privacy, Digital, Discovery Systems, Wireless and Mobile Networks. He has worked for optimization of a framework for machine learning techniques to enhance the access and utilization of library resources. His focus is in researching, implementing and consulting on online library resources enhancement approaches in Tanzania and beyond. He is passionate about collaborative research, with maximum involvement on digital library resources in all research stages, that is; problem identification, designing goals and approaches, evaluation and monitoring, feedback and planning. He is using the machine learning techniques in digital resources systems development, with an optimal of creating an accessible system to enhance the access and utilization of library resources.
